At Time Factors International Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
